Sebastian Horwitz earned his degree in architecture at the Technical University Carolo-Wilhelmina of Brunswick, Germany. He also successfully completed a postgraduate degree in "Professional Practice of Architecture" at the University of Cambridge. He worked for Robert Adam Architects in London and Winchester for several years and has attended workshops and courses led by Leon Krier at the Prince's Foundation in London. He then returned to Germany and worked for offices in Friesland and Hamburg. His focus is on new buildings in a classic-traditional style and building renovations in compliance with heritage protection.

 

Sebastian Horwitz is a member of the Hamburg Chamber of Architects and a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects in London.
